Business Continuity Update
As you will know, we have all been instructed by the government to practice social distancing and to work from home where possible in these unprecedented times. The Senior Management Team at Clinch Wealth Management has taken all the necessary measures to follow these instructions while maintaining the service we provide to you.
Our business remains in operation full-time and we are fortunate to have all the IT systems in place to allow our entire team to work remotely as necessary. We will be using this capability to operate the majority of the team remotely on a full-time basis with a small team staffing the office on a part-time basis only as strictly necessary.
To protect the health and safety of you and our colleagues, we are suspending face to face meetings and will replace these with telephone calls, video calls and emails. During this exceptional period we request that you contact your Portfolio Manager on their mobile number or by email instead of phoning the office.
If you wish to contact your Portfolio Manager, but do not have their contact details, please email email@example.com and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. I trust you will appreciate that during this period some services may take longer than usual to provide.
